- Tracking uses a 30-day cookie that activates when someone clicks your link
- If the user upgrades within those 30 days, you receive commission
- A referral is valid only for new users who upgrade through your link
- Self-referrals and multiple account referrals are not allowed
Common reasons tracking might fail:

- Deleted cookies
- Using a different device
- Incorrect link usage
- Refunds or flagged reviews

- Commissions appear as pending first
- After 7 days, they become payable
- Payouts follow a regular schedule
